Forgive, don’t forget.

My motto was “forgive and forget”

But Mother told me “forgive, don’t forget”

For what’s forgotten shall be repeated,

Of happiness you would be cheated,

Remember all, remember true,

From now on wary shall be you,

When you look around at the sight

Of the crowds, you get a fright,

From now on out, don’t trust a soul,

But without faith you are not whole,

If used once, you were a tool,

But twice or thrice, you are a fool,

My motto was “forgive and forget”

Now I forgive but don’t forget,

So fool me once, well, shame on you,

You shall never gain my certitude.

  1. Ever since you once warned me, that you are dangerous… I never intentionally or unintentionally did/say anything where I might have to ask for your forgiveness.😂🤣
